Tania’s vast experience and range of knowledge ensure she is an outstanding Property Manager. She is incredibly efficient in all aspects and always finds time to contact or respond to enquiries from Landlords. Tania acts promptly and decisively when dealing with both tenants and Landlords, action which is welcomed and respected by both ‘parties’.

It has been a pleasure having Professionals Freeway south as our agent. From day one, when Liz came to assess the property, she has been very helpful and informative. Lauren, I can say hand on heart that dealing with you has been a pleasure and delight the whole way through. From the first moments of contact, where you offered me the chance to think about what I really wanted, right through to the end when I was so emotional over the sale I couldn’t think straight, I had you to rely on. There was nothing that felt too hard for you, and the infectious laugh I heard whenever I felt I was burdening you with yet ANOTHER problem gave me full confidence that you would sort out whatever new issue I had come to you with.
Your attitude of being flexible, can-do and positive worked wonders on my nerves, and turned a nerve racking experience into something much easier. Add to this the fact I also had to involve an ex-partner, you took our unique situation into account and treated us both with respect, which is exactly what we needed.
I would not hesitate to both use you again, and recommend you to anyone I knew who needed your services.
