I wanted to let you know what an outstanding job Tania has done in looking after our property.
She has gone above and beyond in dealing with a hostile and mentally unwell tenant, feeding the abandoned cats, to looking after removal of the tenants possessions and repairing all the malicious damage done to our property.
She gave the tenant every opportunity (including giving a demonstration on how to clean the bathroom) to maintain the property to an acceptable standard and we couldn’t have predicted what happened.
I am confident that Tania will secure a great new tenant and i am really thankful to have such a compassionate, professional and competent property manager looking after our property.

Thank you for providing me with the routine inspection report. It is great to see the tenant is continuing to look after the property so well.

Could you please arrange for the necessary repairs to be carried out to the tap to the toilet area and the blind as noted in the required maintenance.

If there is any work in the future that the tenant reports and is under $300 I’m giving you written permission to be able to carry out the work without having to contact me and wait for a reply.

We chose Carol Jones from Professionals Freeway South because my partner and I both felt very comfortable dealing with her after our first meeting. That decision turned out to be one of the best we have ever made. Our property was evaluated on Wednesday, listed on the internet on Monday afternoon and sold on the following Wednesday. Properties in Homestead Ridge tend to sit on the market for a considerable time but ours was sold in under a week for a price we were extremely happy with.
We can not recommend Carol and her staff any higher than five star. Absolute LEGENDS.
