In July this year i decided to buy my first home. I decided on a nice house in Bertram. The great service from day one was absolutely amazing, with my first bank i was knocked back on finance, but with Lotti Lothian’s persistence i was a month later approved for finance. Lotti helped every step of the way from finance to going out of her way on the weekends and after hours to let me view the property. As this was my first home, being 20 and purchasing on my own, i did not know anything about anything when it came to buying a house, but Lotti and Professionals made me feel at ease.
After purchasing my first home i then received gifts and even now 3 months down the track, Lotti still checks in to make sure everything is going well.
I could not be happier with the service i received.

It is with pleasure that I recommend the Professionals Freeway South team. The guidance of Carol and her team was the key to us achieving success. Our goal of accomplishing a quick sale and getting the price we wanted was paramount to the professionals at all times.
The quality photos made my home look its best and therefore made me confident that I had chosen the right people for the job. Also I felt that the communication lines were always clear, with the team at the Professionals very keen to hear our opinion at all stages. I have dealt with the Processionals Real Estate, primarily Lotti, as both a buyer and a seller. I have
found the whole team to be professional in their approach, and very helpful. As a buyer, I had the
misfortune to hospitalised during the purchasing of a vacant block, Lotti managed to hold the deal in place over several months while I hospitalised and recuperated and worked with me and the seller to ensure that the sale went through.
I have found the level of service provide by the team outstanding, their knowledge of real estate law second to none and all delivered with a great sense of humour. Nothing is too much trouble, they answered all my questions, took the time to explain things to me and provide support and advice.
Because of the outstanding service they provided while I was buying the block I have now signed
with the agency to sell my current property. Again the level of service provided has been outstanding, they have provided feedback on viewings, ensured that I am kept informed at every stage of the process and have advised me pricing. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to either sell or buy a property.

When purchasing our new property we approached many different real estate companies and agents, but they never seemed to show us the sort of property we were after, just what they wanted to see. From the minute we approached Sue about a property we never needed to look any further.
The original property we requested to view was not what we thought it would be however Sue took the time to listen to our requirements and ask us about our lifestyle. Immediately she gave us addresses of alternative properties on the market she thought would match our criteria. And low and behold we fell in love with one of the properties.
From that point on with all her hard work and dedication she assisted us through the purchase process and not once did we feel overwhelmed. Right the way through the purchase, final inspection and settlement she kept us informed of all aspects and what was expected from us at each stage. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sue to anyone who listens, and would certainly use her again if we ever were to sell. But she found us perfection so I doubt we will!!

Lotti is an amazing Real Estate professional. From the moment we first spoke my wife and I felt comfortable knowing that the sale of our house was going to be in safe hands with Lotti and The professionals Group. Lotti has excellent local knowledge of not only the Real Estate market, but also the Purchasers within it.
Selling an investment property can be daunting and stressful especially one that is tenanted during the sale period. Having first met Glen 8 years ago, wearing his purple tie (my favourite colour), I knew Glen is not your typical Sales person with a cleche sales pitch. He is a family orientated man with high morals and principles. His work ethic and loyalty towards his clients is genuine and unquestionable. What you see is what you get with Glen.
Im a single mum of two young girls and was looking for a Real Estate Agent who would keep my best interests at heart. Someone I could trust and who would assist me in getting the best price possible. I knew straight away Glen was the right person to assist in the sale of my beautiful home. Sure enough a sale went through almost immediately and the house was sold for more than what it had been valued at by other Real Estate Agents at the time.
I recently called upon Glen again to assist in the sale of my home. At the time he was overseas; my family, and I were devistated as we knew we would have to get someone else to sell our home. The house was not sold through the other Agent, but with the belief, ‘everything happens with divine timing’, Glen and his family were back and within 2 weeks Glen had received top dollar in these poor economic times.

I had the pleasure of using Glen Leithhead while selling my home. Selling your home is one of the most stressful things you can do, but Glen took away that stress, thru excellent communication and managed the whole process all the way thru.
